CARING FOR OUR Homeless NEIGHBORS

Many homeless neighbors live in the area surrounding the church, and we feel called to help and serve them. Currently the church is developing policies regarding best practices for caring for our homeless neighbors.

We regularly give out food and clothing. Please consider donating:

• Non-perishable food items that are easy to open and require no preparation. For example, cereal bars, pudding, easy to open canned fruit and tuna, cheese and crackers, and apple sauce

• Water bottles

• Paper bags to contain the food we hand out.

• Clean clothing in good condition, especially socks, t-shirts, shoes, and sweatshirts. We aren’t able to accept worn or stained clothing.
